The use of some very specific design parameters can result in a beautifully balanced metal delivery system sure to produce great castings. Note: this design is iteration one and the precise balance is easily adjustable for the final production design. The pouring basin and feeder designs are not shown in this video. This simulation was performed at Alloy Casting Industries in New Hamburg, Ontario Canada.
