    Nice work. You might want to pour the aluminum in a bit faster so that the metal doesn’t freeze before the mold is filled.
    I cast aluminum in my backyard!

    I’m just saying you wanna pour between 1,250 and 1,300. At those temps it shouldn’t be glowing like that (it may just be the camera). And I don’t know how hot your furnace can get but it gets a lot different when its up past 1,400. At around 1,700 it bright orange, almost white

    guys why not use a …
    guys why not use a poring bush on top of the moulding box, this way you wont spill any or even get any air in with it (major problem with scrap when air gets into the cavity while your pouring.
