Step 7. Lost wax Casting reproduction using wax injection. 21083

This is the seventh step in the reproduction process I use for making my jewelry. After the metal has cooled to about 900F the mold is broken by dunking it in cold water. This is probably my favorite part.

    Yes, I do requests. Depends on the overall size of the parts. I typically work in silver but aluminum is possible. Do you have any measurements, pictures?
