		<description>I cook in cast iron all the time.  I&#039;ve never had that happen.  That doesn&#039;t sound right.  Are you sure it&#039;s really cast iron and not some sort of coated pan?  I&#039;ve had Teflon type stuff come off.  It weirded me out since that stuff cannot be good for humans to ingest. &lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
