There is no water … There is no water in those molds. Those molds are made with a furan binder. There is probably residual wax from a meltout, or wood or another combustible material intentionally embedded in the mold..
Have you ever poured molten iron into a mold made out of nothing but plywood? I have, and until you do….you have no respect for the iron whatsoever
this is just stupid … this is just stupid..anyone that has ever worked with molten iron knows that you don`t pour it into a wet mold so the iron boils like that ….you have no respect for the iron whatsoever.
