In gold casting the investment should be vaccumed for how much time?

I think around 32K is good.

I don’t live in a very populated area, with few jobs available; are there any jobs at home that aren’t scams?

I’ve spent too much money on "investments" in someone elses buisness, or I tried the online surveys that only give you points instead of money, I’ve tried working for Avon and it ended up costing me more money because you have to buy the magazines for your buyers to look at (if they even consider to purchase for you–and pay you on time). It seems that I’m running out of options… is there someone that works for themselves that could suggest a market for me to get into. I understand you have to pay money in order to earn money.. if this is the cast what is the average cost you put in.. and from that cost what do you get out of it in return? Is it worth it?

Did you ever consider Mary Kay? My Mary Kay director sold Avon before Mary Kay and had the same problem of not making money with Mary Kay she was able to quit her full time job and is driving a free car. If I can provide you any facts on starting your own business with Mary Kay email me.
I was never interested in sales I even said no when she asked me but since she wasn’t pushy I listened to the facts and decided to give it a try. I found it to be much different then I expected and I love what I do. I started my business 3 years ago and I am a much happier person now
Good Luck !

Two different groups of union employees have their salaries described in the table.

Starting Salary Yearly Increase
Group A $30,000 $1500
Group B $21,000 $2000

a. Which group will be making the most money after ten yearly increases? How much will that be?
b. Can the salaries of group B ever catch up with group A? If so, after how many yearly increases will this occur?

Money was invested at 8% and 9% simple interest. The amount invested at 9% was $100 more than twice the amount invested at 8%. If the yearly interest from both investments was $1910, how much was invested at each rate?

A pole casts a shadow 15 feet at the same time that an 8-foot rod casts a shadow of 24 feet. How high is the pole?

1) a. After 10 years,
group A = 30,000+(10*1,500) = $45,000
group B = 21,000+(10*2,000) = $41,000

So, group A will be making the most money after ten yearly increases

b.If the number of years is x,
30,000+(x*1,500) = 21,000+(x*2,000)
30,000 + 1,500x = 21,000 + 2,000x
9,000 = 500x
x = 18 years

So after 8 years, it’ll be the same

2)If th Money invested at 8% is x, and
Money invested at 9% is y
x + (2x + 100) = 1910
3x + 100 = 1910
3x = 1810
x = $603.33

So, Money invested at 8% is $603.33
Money invested at 9% is 2*603.33+100 = 1$306.66

3) Ratio,
If the hight of the pole is h,
8/24 = h/15

Cross multiply and divide.
h = 120/24
h = 5 feet

Accounting question???

March 12, 2010 - 5:38 am 6 Comments

which is the right answer?
Revenues would from:
A. initial investment of cast by owner
or
B. interest earned on business bank account
………………………………………………………………………………………….
a credit to a liability account: (which one?)
A. indicates an increase in the amount owed to creditors
B. indicates a decrease in the amount owed to creditors
C. must be accompanied by a debit to an asset account
i admire your answer xyzlmnop_tx , but i have tried to look up the answer- & besides i’m not an accouting major so if anyone would like to offer me help i would appreciate it, thanks
1st question is: revenues would result from:

The first answer is B. If you’ve earned the interest, then it’s definitely considered revenue. (If you haven’t earned it yet, it’s unearned revenue, which is actually a liability.) And initial investment of cash is an increase in owner’s equity, not revenue.

The second answer is A. Anytime you owe someone money, it’s an increase to liability. Only later, when you pay that debt, you debit liability, which is a decrease liability (but also a decrease in cash). And you can certainly credit a liability without a debit to an asset, such as when a company declares dividends.

Is Traders university a worthy investment?

March 10, 2010 - 7:25 am 2 Comments

Hi. I have been trying hard to verify the pedigree that Greg Secker claims to have.

Have you found a link between him and Mellon or Thomas Cook?

Also the award he claims to have won from Business Britain UK. How much weight does this actually carry?

I phoned the FSA and discovered that Knowledge to Action Ltd is under the umbrella of Direct Share Deal and that Greg Secker personally is not listed with the FSA, though as I said, the umbrella company is, and the FSA don’t necessarily see a problem as long as no direct financial advice is given by an unregistered person.

I’m just being cautious here you understand and not trying to cast aspersions.

Any constructive comments would be most welcome. THX
HELEN DONALD: DO YOUR SCAMVERTISING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I attended the Traders Uni seminar in London last month.
Their stuff makes sense but their price tag is too high fr me rt now..
Still, if it is worth it truly I would go for it…
Has anyone here taken the 2 day intensive with them? If so do they really deliver or do they ask you to come on more expensive programs?

Greg Secker was also at the Money masters event but i missed that day’s events, so i do not know if he offered the very same program or a slightly different one.
I wish to trade fr a living and find most of these trainers have a similar price tag..
