Cookware included Pot, Fry Pan, Grill Pan which is made of Die Cast Aluminium

Aluminum is a great conductor of heat. That is why many stainless steel pans have a layer of it incapsulated in their bottoms. Downside is that they are not good for tomatoe products. The acids take a toll on them.

Normally such like utensils are produced through forming / flow forming. The advantage that accrue,is light utensils easy to use so frequentlyand above all a very good conductor of heat. proerly coated utensils obviate aluminium in food.

I never use aluminum to cook with. This metal has been linked to brain disorders.

Get an old piece of aluminum and run your hand over it. That dust is caused by oxidation of the metal. Do you want the crap in your food.
